Food Vendor Request Form

Please complete the application below regarding your interest in becoming a vendor at the fair. Please note that you will be added to our food vendor waiting list, and any new vendors will be contacted directly via phone after as a booth becomes available. If you are not contacted by the Committee, you will remain on the vendor waiting list for the future. Please note at this time the Washington County Fair has reached its maximum Food Booth Vendors allowed on the Fairgrounds at this time. In the event anything changes the waitlist will be reviewed and the team will reach out at that time.
