Prospective Commercial Vendors

The pricing of our vendor booths is per foot frontage based on location. The price is $27.50 per outside foot frontage or $35 per inside foot frontage. For example, a 10x10 outside booth would cost a total of $275 for the five days, but a 10x10 inside booth would cost a total of $350 for the five days.

The standard booth space is 10’ X 10’, and includes a fifteen (15) AMP electrical outlet. If needed, insurance can be purchased for an additional $100 fee. Additionally, if needed, an RI Sales Permit can be purchased for an additional $10 fee.

Vendors are required to have $1,000,000 liability insurance and RI Sales Permit (if applicable). All vendors must be set up and open by 10am opening day of the Fair and remain open until Sunday 8pm. Booths must be staffed during fair hours Wednesday - Saturday 10am - 10pm, and Sunday 10am - 8pm.

Once a space becomes available you will be contacted directly by the Concession Chair. If you are not contacted by the Concession Chair, you will remain on the vendor waiting list for future consideration.
